Account Manager Outdoor
Within Travel Health Group, as an Outdoor Account Manager you will be responsible for the Outdoor Retail market within Europe. In the field of Outdoor, in addition to existing collaborations with customers, distributors and agents, we also have a growth ambition to other countries within Europe. As an Outdoor Account Manager, you play a very important role in this growth by enthusiastically setting up new business in these countries. You do this by seeking collaborations with new outdoor customers, distributors and agents. In addition, in the role of Account Manager, relationship management is also very important and you will maintain close contact with existing relationships.
You are also responsible for, among other things:
- Negotiating (new or existing) contracts and customer-specific sales promotions;
- Determining the sales activities, such as drawing up an annual plan with sales objectives, forecasts, promotional policy, budgets and giving form and content to the (key) accounts;
- Determining budgets and providing a forecast;
- Report on customer visits to share information about the market and share insights on the progress of actuals vs. targets;
- Work closely with Product Management / Marketing to set up joint actions and with Supply Chain to prevent Out Of Stocks
- Visits to our international customers, visits and (co-)organization of trade fairs (ISPO Outdoor and symposia;
- Giving presentations externally and training distributors, agents, store staff and other stakeholders.

Intern Online Marketing
Are you the perfect candidate to better put our Care Plus brand®, market leader Anti-Insect online?
At Tropenzorg BV, where Care Plus® is one of the brands, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern who recognizes our core values: passion, ownership, think in terms of possibilities and develop yourself.
The assignment is to set up and roll out an appealing content and social media strategy that contributes to a 50% turnover growth in 2025.
You also work in the marketing team. Tasks consist of:
- Creating content (of course you make good use of AI).
- Boosting the Care Plus brand® via social media by developing a smart content strategy. The goal is to reach specific target groups with campaigns based on an optimal mix between online channels and relevant messages.
- Optimizing the sales funnel; from website visitors to conversion. Social media is therefore not a goal, but a means to increase our brand awareness online and to convert it into sales in our webshop, the relevant platforms and webshops of our customers.
- And of course measuring and optimizing the campaign through good use of analysis tools

Intern ESG / Impact
Are you the perfect candidate for our company Travel Health Group, known for the Care Plus brand®, an ESG or an Impact set up reporting?
At Travel Health Group, where Care Plus® is one of the brands, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern who recognizes our core values: passion , ownership, think in terms of possibilities and develop yourself.
The assignment is to set up and develop our ESG / Impact report. We already have an annual Malaria Impact Report but want to be able to measure and report on all our ESG goals.
You also work in the marketing team. Tasks consist of:
- Creating impactful content (of course you make good use of AI).
- Managing our malaria impact platform where we conduct research into the effectiveness of printed, impregnated mosquito nets in Uganda, for example.
- Contacts with stakeholders who influence our positive impact.
- Monthly report on the measured ESG KPIs and provide qualitative substantiation.
